The Montreal Stock Exchange will be moving into the Deloitte Tower near the Bell Centre in 2018.
A long-term lease has been signed and work to configure the space for the needs of the stock exchange will begin this fall.
In a statement, Cadillac Fairview and TMX Group also said that the Montreal offices of the Canadian Depository for Securities, Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange will occupy about 44,000 square feet on two floors in the building.
The stock exchange has been in the Tour de la Bourse at Square Victoria since 1965.
